A Note From Kristen
This piece is named after one of my oldest and dearest friends from childhood. Marisa has been one of LemonRose’s biggest cheerleaders from day one. We spent countless hours getting ready together for dances, proms, and theater performances. So much of our friendship was built around clothes, costumes, and creativity. It only felt right to honor her with a piece in our inaugural collection.
Fun fact: Shortly after Jillian and I graduated from La Salle University, she called to tell me she’d landed a job at a TV station in Binghamton, New York. As fate would have it, Marisa was already working there—and, unsurprisingly, they became fast friends. I couldn’t love it more.
